Today is a rainy day and therefore I am sitting in bed reading emails and posts and blogs. I should get my butt up and go bicycle but I don't feel like it! I need to go to the store but I don't feel like it! I need to stop eating candy and stuff not good for me and I will try to do that today. I have gained the holiday weight and am depressed and don't want to get out of bed. I'm thinking about going to JoAnne's for some yarn and that would get me up and going! I got some neat gifts for Christmas, one being a "knit this" kit from my niece which has the yarn and pattern and dvd in a plastic tote for knitting a tote bag, toggle pouch and sunglass case. I also got a $60 gift card from my nephew for a lys and that is way cool! My sd2b knitted me a scarf and that is really precious. That means a lot to me since I taught her how to knit. My h2b got me an arbour and a potting table for my plants. I bought him a spinning wheel and am anxious for him to learn to spin so I can have lots of yarn! ha ha There's a method to my madness! hee hee I am going to take a hot bath and put on some makeup and get myself going so I don't veg all day long. Happy New Year to all!

Today I slept all day. I worked all night last night. We had an several accident victims to do and we worked until 4 am. I worked a Sudoku inbetween cases. I watched half of Dr. Phil when I woke up then I took my fiancee to get his truck at the mechanics. I'm suffering from 'Aunt Agatha' so I am home in bed with a tall glass of wine watching "Everybody Loves Raymond". I will start fiancee's socks tomorrow. It's raining outside and 51 degrees.

hello everyone! This is my knitting blog....a journal of my knitting projects. For christmas I made an afghan for everyone and they were a hit. I also made scarves with fun fur and christmas yarn. I made tiny little sweaters to hang on the tree. Don't make green or brown ones if you decide to make these little critters. They blend into the tree and aren't seen! I am now finishing my socks and am going to make my dh2b some socks too. I have another afghan on the hooks for him also. He supports me so much in my knitting endeavors! I bought him a spinning wheel for Christmas and he will be taking classes in Feb! Lucky me!
